All products purchased on our website are eligible for return and refund within 60 days from the date of order delivery. To qualify for a refund, the returned products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original packaging and accessories intact, and free of man-made damage, stains and wear.

 Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products meet the refund requirements, we will initiate the refund process. All refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of the refund may be slightly affected by the processing cycle of the customer’s payment institution or bank.

 Refund Method and Currency

All refunds will be settled in United States Dollar (USD), which is the unified transaction currency of the website. The refund will be returned via the original payment channel used by the customer during order placement. No additional currency conversion fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Ineligible Refund Situations

Products damaged due to personal use, improper storage, man-made damage, or missing original packaging and accessories will not be eligible for refund. Customized products and clearance products marked as non-refundable on the product page are not supported for return and refund.

Partial Refund Rules

For orders with multiple products, customers can apply for partial refund for eligible products. The refund amount will be calculated according to the unit price of the returned products, and the overall processing time remains 5 to 10 business days.
